The Counseling Psychology track prepares you to become licensed as a professional counselor. It includes the eight content areas tested in the National Counselor Exam and allows you to begin accumulating the hours of supervised psychotherapy experience required for licensure.

The Industrial/Organizational track prepares you to facilitate effective leadership within organizations and to help those same organizations hire, train and motivate employees. Your career options include management or personnel consulting firms; federal and state agencies; and human resources for private, public and nonprofit organizations.
